A client of Long on Life and a member of Practice HARD since 2006, Jonathan recently took on the challenge of helping to grow our PRACTICE HARD Groups. Fred Crum has invested his professional career working with companies to better connect the value of people to their business strategy. As a owner of Personnel Profiles, Inc. and a former V.P. of Human Resources at UPS , Fred has leveraged 42 years of management experience in helping companies hire smartly, using his assessment tools, improve employee performance, improve employee relations and train and develop leadership to execute the strategy.
He serves on the Board of Directors of RELA and The Boys and Girls Club of Columbus and is a lector at St. Brigid of Kildare Church and resides in Dublin, OH with his wife of 43 years, Carol, and has been blessed with two children... Andrew & Becky and six grandchildren.

Coach Paul Isaacs
Paul Isaacs founded Isaacs Enterprises, a commercial real estate development and sales company in 1971 in Columbus Ohio. In 1976 he developed and owned 5 Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburger restaurants in Springfield, Illinois. Starting in 1980 in the Columbus metropolitan area he developed over 1,000 apartments, 340,000 square feet of retail and office space and a full service restaurant; and owned Re/Max Commercial of Central Ohio. Paul is currently engaged in Real Estate Development and Sales with RG Smith Real Estate Company. He is a past board member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Chairman of Teen Challenge Home for Girls. He started a high school huddle for FCA that has run continuously for the past 28 years. Paul and his wife live in Columbus, have 2 sons and 3 grandchildren. He has been involved with Long on Life since 2008.
